This film series was created by a group of volunteers from Stone Valley Arts who missed the opportunity to engage and discuss films with others. They decided to start off this series of film programming by sharing
favorites from the Public Domain and to see if it captures interest from the community. It is their hope that the series will draw young and old to appreciate classic films as an art form. Volunteers and film buffs are welcome to join their efforts, setting up screenings, introducing films, leading discussions, and planning for a winter or spring series.
